Hello there! Let us introduce ourselves; Sean, Kate, the kids, and our beloved husky, Zelda. We’re a tight-knit family with a passion for exploring the great outdoors and everything it has to offer. Our travels across the United States in our cozy, tech-savvy camper, Geodude, take us to breathtaking national parks, historic sites, and local eateries that we just can’t resist. Every step of the way, we appreciate the beauty of God’s creation and grow as a family. Our homeschooling journey allows us the freedom to learn and explore, all while seeking Christ and making Him known. Join us on our adventure as we navigate through life, see new sights, and connect with amazing people!
Meet Sean – a devoted husband and father, tech enthusiast, avid gamer, and bookworm. When he’s not busy leading a mobile development team, Sean can be found enjoying a good game of poker with friends or savoring a fine bottle of bourbon by the fire, deep in conversation. He’s passionate about crafting new and engaging experiences for mobile devices and enjoys the creative process. Sean also loves being with the family, especially when they’re out exploring nature on a hike or taking in the beauty of the great outdoors.
Kate – With a degree in dental hygiene and several years of experience in the field, she eventually transitioned to a career in education after becoming a mom. She spent a few years working in a public school, but now dedicates the majority of her time to homeschooling her children. When she’s not busy with her family, Kate loves her coffee and to indulge in handcrafts, read aloud with her kids, and plan trips down to the smallest detail. She attributes her ability to balance such a full life to the grace of God, which she feels blessed to experience every day.
Our kids are always up for any adventure we have in store for them. They share our love of travel, animals, and history, and we couldn’t be happier to have such great companions on our journeys. Wyatt, who is 8 years old, is a joyful and easygoing kid who brings a lot of positivity wherever he goes. His younger sister, Annabel, is smart, loving, and sensitive, much like her Mama. When they’re not out exploring the world, our kids enjoy playing video games, listening to audio books, and engaging in imaginative play with each other and friends.
